Schizophren, die Prinzipien des Kapitalismus hautnah in Saigons zu erleben neben den Bannern und Plakaten der Kommunistischen Partei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Essen der Gark\u00fcchen am Strassenrand und in Markthallen geniessen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Etliche mobile Gark\u00fcchen und kleine Restaurants gibt es in Vietnams St\u00e4dten. <strong><em>Pho Bo<\/em><\/strong> heisst das Nationalgericht &#8211; eine Reisnudelsuppe mit\u00a0d\u00fcnnen Rinderfleischstreifen. <em>Pho<\/em> und <em>Com<\/em> steht an den Gark\u00fcchen an der Strasse, die einfache frische Suppen- und Reisgerichte anbieten. Mir gef\u00e4llt\u00a0sehr, dass in Vietnam Wert auf frische Zutaten gelegt wird. \u2026in Deutschland lagen neulich Bio-Bananen eingeschweisst im Regal. Whatever. Die\u00a0Tiere in Vietnam sind frei auf dem Land zu sehen. Mir scheint in solchen Dimensionen gewirtschaftet zu werden, dass die Herstellung und der Konsum wahrlich transparent und regional sind. Von der Hand in den Mund! In diesem Fall: Hervorragend und nach Deutschland \u00fcbertragbar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Im flie\u00dfenden Verkehr mit schwimmen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Fahrt im \u00dcberlandbus von Saigon nach Ben Tre war etwas aufregend. Auf der dreispurigen Strasse wird die rechte Spur \u00fcberwiegend von den zahlreichen Mopeds genutzt. Auf der inneren Spur, der dritten Fahrbahn, fahren die Laster &#8211; gef\u00fchlt eher ungebremst. So ergibt sich eine feine massem\u00e4ssige Trennung zwischen David und Goliath. Eine geschwindigkeitsm\u00e4ssige Trennung ist daf\u00fcr nicht vorgesehen, denn die Mittelspur bleibt noch f\u00fcr alle anderen, schnelleren Fahrzeuge. \u00dcberholvorg\u00e4nge k\u00f6nnen dann von links oder rechts eingeleitet werden. Das Hupen ist dabei obligatorisch. Irgendwie aufregend laut und lebendig ist es auf der kilometerlang-geraden sechsspurigen Landstrasse zwischen Saigon und Ben Tre.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Herantasten an den vietnamesischen Grossstadtverkehr eignet sich eine Fahrt mit einem <strong><em>Xe Om<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; einem Mopedtaxi. Der Preis ist Verhandlungssache. Ich las, dass man einem Xe Om-Fahrer, bei dem man sich sicher bef\u00f6rdert vorkam, die Treue halten sollte. Die Leute hinten auf den Mopeds widmen sich meistens ihrem Alltag. Die zweite Stufe des Herantastend an den vietnamesischen Grossstadtverkehr besteht darin ein Moped auszuleihen (ca. 9 Dollar pro Tag). Na ja, die ganze Stufe hab ich nicht genommen, aber vom R\u00fccksitz aus\u00a0das leise Fiepen einer jungen Vietnamesin wahrgenommen, die versuchte eine x-spurigen Strasse in Hanoi zu passieren. Ich bin sicher, sie ist gut auf der anderen Strassenseite angekommen! Die Mopedfahrer nehmen R\u00fccksicht &#8211; wenn sie einen Passanten sehen und der seinen Lebenswillen durch eine gewisse energische Zielstrebigkeit auf der Fahrbahn zum Ausdruck bringt. Viele Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger gibt es an und auf den Strassen nicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contenance beim Gang \u00fcber M\u00e4rkte und in Gesch\u00e4ftsgegenden bewahren<\/strong><br \/>\nAls Tourist erkennbar gibt es Touristenbehandlung. D. h. es\u00a0ist nahezu\u00a0unm\u00f6glich einem leicht schmerzhaften Spie\u00dfrutenlauf in Markthallen und Gesch\u00e4ftsstrassen zu entgehen. An weniger touristisch erschlossenen Orten &#8211; wie z. B. in der gro\u00dfen Markthalle von Da Nang oder ausserhalb von Bac Ha &#8211; gibt es weniger Sonderbehandlung.
